I have been a freelance programmer since 1997 and have worked for some of the largest names in the IT&T industry, such as British Telecom, Nokia, Razorfish, EuroTel, and lately, Kabarty. That last one is pretty big. OK, one day it will be anyway! I’ve worked on projects large and small, in a variety of languages including C, C++, C#, Java, Perl and PHP. I prefer PHP these days, using either WordPress or the CodeIgniter package.

I’ve written my own templates from scratch for customers such as PrayerCentral and of course Kabarty, as well as modified existing templates for some of Kabarty’s customers. I’m based in Australia but have clients all over the world, primarily the UK and USA. I also run the servers that provide Kabarty’s hosting and have been involved with the Internet since the days of the Mosaic browser. Contrary to popular recent opinion, Microsoft did NOT invent the world wide web, in fact until about 1995 (2 years after Mosaic became popular) Microsoft were not even interested in the internet and had no browser.
